Job Description

Provide clerical and operational support to the Finance Department.  This position is accountable for performing a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures including accounts payable, accounts receivable, product shipment and tracking, credit and collection, inventory cycle counts or another related financial tasks. The candidate must have organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research skills, problem-solving and analytical skill. Must be detail oriented, honest, accurate and possess sound judgement and must be results driven.  In addition, must be proficient in general accounting computer programs or systems.  Will be processing accounts payable documents and the issuance of payment to vendors, preparing invoices to customers, posting to journals and ledgers and will also assist other finance functions with filing, archiving, spreadsheet updating, and other additional duties as needed.
