Final Test Technician

Job Description

This position is responsible for the execution of the test procedures, collection of data, and maintenance of test equipment in the support of product quality assurance. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally is required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and smell. The employee must occasionally lift/move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Corrective lens eyewear to achieve the necessary vision is acceptable.

Basic Qualifications

1. Operation of test equipment such as: Oscilloscopes, Digital Multi-meters, Micrometers.
2. Ability to read, understand, & follow procedures.
3. Ability to learn & use custom equipment.
4. Ability to adapt shift times. Provide overtime coverage and nightshift operation.
5. Technical understanding, Time management, Ethical conduct.
6. Associates degree or equivalent military training.
7. Experience is a plus but not required.
8. Maintain test support equipment.
