Responsible for all phases of program activity including coordination with cross functional teams, and IPTs, monitoring program cost, schedule and performance, prioritizing work, and interfacing with the customer. Prepare proposals and SOWs to include reviewing and recommending cost estimates and active involvement in contract negotiations and ensure the program objectives and the Company's contract commitments are met and maintain the technical and business integrity of the product/program. Successful candidate must have thorough knowledge/experience with Earned Value program measurement/variance reporting. Must be a self-starter and be able to understand and interpret engineering documents, manufacturing documents and complex test procedures. Must have a strong working knowledge of ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFAR, EVMS and MS Project. Prefer BS in engineering or Physics.
Basic Qualifications
• Must have a 4-year degree in Business or Technical Field.
• Must have technical or program management experience involving defense, space or other government type contracts.
• Must have working knowledge of ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFAR, EVMS and MS Project.
• Must be a US citizen.
